However, in no case is there a lower calorie ratio in the body.

4. Whole foods contain only fiber: A whole food is not only the cereals with fiber recommended to lose weight with a diet without too many calories. This group of foods are many more, since they are rice, oats, rye, wheat or pasta. This means that the nutrients in whole foods are not reduced to fiber, but they are very varied, because they also contain vitamin E, which is an antioxidant, iron and magnesium and also potassium.

5. Whole wheat bread is not fattening and white bread is: Contrary to what you might think, whole wheat bread is not better than white bread nor does it provide fewer calories to the body. In the classic preparation of white bread, this food is only made up of flour, water, yeast and salt, so it would leave aside other types of nutrients that are provided by whole wheat bread and therefore, will provide more calories to the body. In this way, the myth that whole wheat bread is more apt to lose weight than white is dismantled, when just the opposite happens.
